Motion controller
Low coast motion systems on the basis of DC motors (typically brushless DC motors) are very common. Therefore BESTEC provides its own controllers for multi axis DC motor driven systems.
Typical design parameters
- Motion contollers with position and speed control for two to ten motor axes available
- Position / speed control via relative encoder for each axis.
- Maximal motor current of 15A.
- Maximal motor voltage of 34V.
- Full software control possible via integrated EtherCAT port, serial communication port and USB Service port
Options
- Integration of limit switch for each axis possible.
- Integration of temperature controlled cooling fan possible.
